Mount Airy Casino Resort, Pennsylvania’s first AAA 4-diamond casino resort, announced today that it will expand its customer-focused luxury brand to Pittsburgh and the three-week market. The owner of the state’s only family-owned casino announced immediate plans for Mount Airy Pittsburgh at the end of the year after purchasing more than 100 shovel-ready acres conveniently located off Highway 376 and a PA Turnpike in Beaver County less than 20 miles from the Cranberry, Sakeley and Ohio State lines.

At the expected grand opening in late 2019, Mount Airy Pittsburgh’s 750 slot machines, 30 table games, and high-limited zones will be joined by the famed buffet, which was named “the best of the game” by Casino Player Magazine readers. The entire property, including the sports bar, will be designed by the world-renowned Freedmutter Group, which is known for working at Las Vegas’ Cosmopolitan Resort.
