MGM Resorts International and Boyd Gaming Corporation today announced an unprecedented partnership across the United States to significantly increase their market access and customer base.

Under the partnership, MGM Resorts and Boyd Gaming will have the opportunity to offer online and mobile gaming platforms, including sports betting, casino games and poker, in jurisdictions where Boyd Gaming or MGM Resorts can operate real casino resorts and use online licenses. Under the terms of this market access agreement, each company will have a path to expand its online and mobile gaming presence across 15 states.

MGM Resorts and Boyd Gaming, including all recently announced acquisitions and the Aug. 24 opening of MGM Springfield, will operate track and field gaming facilities in 15 states (listed below).
