Dreamscape Company is excited to announce exciting partnerships with world-renowned architecture and design partners, Petle, Gianpiero Gaglione, Interior Design, Lifescape International, and Marnell Architecture at the renovation of the Rio All-Suitive Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Dreamscape’s multi-year redevelopment of the resort, scheduled to be fully acquired in the fourth quarter of this year, includes 2,500 all-suite rooms, 150,000 square feet of casino floors, 220,000 square feet of conference and convention space, five acres of luxury full-side amenities, and a general resort area, and several new first-of-its-kind food and beverage concepts.

“Rio has been an iconic Las Vegas property for over 20 years and we are excited to work with a talented and experienced team to bring back our vision for the property,” said Dreamscape founder Eric Bernbaum. “We are confident that with the talent we have brought, in both architectural and design elements, we will create a new and differentiated experience for our guests to enjoy.”

Pettle is a boutique interior architecture and design company with a special focus on the luxury hospitality sector, which seeks to create a futuristic, imaginative, yet functional space that embodies the history and ethos of its customers. The company boasts an impressive portfolio of notable projects around the world, including Oliveta in Los Angeles, Dreycott in Los Angeles, Tabolino in London, and The Hawkstone in Rome.

Fettle will lend their expertise to Food Hall and Pool Deck. In addition, design companies will work with GGID at Forte Cochere, Reception, and Circle Bar.

GGID
GGID is a multi-disciplinary interior design company that specializes in luxury hospitality and residential projects. Before founding the studio in 2020, Gian held top positions around the world with visionary Martin Brudnizki in London and New York, Kelly Warestler in Los Angeles, and HBA in Singapore.

GGID will design some of the new market’s first F&B locations, working with Fettle at Forte Coachere, Reception and Circle Bar.
