Both Tottenham and Newcastle sent out a large number of players who played key roles last season.

Tottenham sent out Son Heung-min, Dejan Kulusevski, and Mickey van der Pen, who was selected as the club’s supporters’ Player of the Year, while Newcastle also added Alexander Isaac, Bruno Guimaraes, and Joelin Ton to the starting list.

As it was an event match, both teams played with smiles on their faces.

Son Heung-min, who recorded 17 goals and 10 assists this season, aimed for the first goal with a powerful left-footed shot from the penalty area in front of the goal in the 3rd minute of the first half.

The ball hit the hand of a Newcastle defender, but the referee did not declare a penalty kick, and Son Heung-min made a light appeal with an aggrieved expression towards the referee. 고스톱
