Manager Kim Tae-hyung offers encouragement to Team Korea’s players as they compete against Major League Baseball teams.

The Lotte Giants will play an exhibition game against the Hanwha Eagles at Busan’s Sajik Stadium on Sept. 16.

Major League Baseball’s San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers will play their opening games in Korea before the season begins. Key players such as Shohei Ohtani (Dodgers), Fernando Tatis Jr.

The KBO will be playing the LG Twins, Kiwoom Heroes, and other teams with younger players as Team Korea.

“It’s a good experience to play (against major league players),” said manager Kim Tae-hyung.
