Operator Announced for iGaming in Ontario

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission has released a list of 16 operators that will launch online platforms when the iGaming market launches on April 4.

Starting April 4, private game operators who have registered with Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission and signed an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario can begin offering games to players in Ontario.

The two requirements are met because AGCO and iGO are two separate entities and the operator must obtain approval from both sides to conduct business in the province.

There are 16 operators that have been approved for launch in Ontario by regulators in Ontario. In addition to the operators, 41 vendors are registered and more than 700 games have been certified for use in the region to date. The 16 operators are:

Annexio (LottoGo ), BetMGM, Coolbet, FanDuel, Fitzdares, bet365, LeoVegas, WSOP.com , Ontario Lottery and Game, PointBet, Competition, Royal Panda, BetRivers Ontario, The Score, Unibet and 888. 온라인 슬롯

“We have been working closely with all the operators who applied to get into the market. Not all operators will be ready to launch their services on the first day. Some operators are more prepared than others. This means Ontario’s new iGaming market will steadily expand in the weeks and months after April 4,” said the AGCO Communications Team.

Anyone who is at least 19 years old and in Ontario can enjoy the platform these operators offer.

Ontario is Canada’s largest state and has serious potential to become an iGaming major region.

The AGCO communications team added, “Putting sites where Ontarians are already gambling under regulation is one of the key objectives of Ontario’s new iGaming market, which allows us to maintain a high level of responsible operations, player protection, and game integrity.”
