Seoul E-Land Recruit ‘Veteran’ Osmar in Professional Football
Seoul E-Land FC in the K League 2 announced on the 10th that it has recruited Osmar.
Osmar is a representative K-League player who has scored 22 points and 12 assists in 282 K-League games.
He played full-time in all games in the 2015 season and was selected as the league’s best 11 in the 2016 season, establishing himself as a leading foreign player in the K League.
Osmar, who can play both defensive midfielders and center backs, is considered to have smart game management and pass skills.
In last season’s K League 1 FC Seoul, he played in 35 games and showed the steel king.
Seoul E-Land explained the background of the recruitment, saying, “We decided that Osmar would be able to take the center stage in the team’s defense.”
“The club, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, has recruited Osmar born in 1988, following seasoned veterans Kim Young-wook born in 1991 and Kim Oh-kyu born in 1989.
