Las Vegas City Council Approves Big Casino And Signing
An attorney for Arizona developer Steve Johnson promised the Las Vegas City Council in early August. The promise signaled a great deal to open a new casino, restaurant, and retail store on the city line of Las Vegas Strip by the end of next year. Mayor Oscar Goodman and Mayor Tem Gary Leith advised their lawyers that they wanted something nice at this intersection. The site was home to the former Holly Cow Brewery, which closed in 2002. Mr. Johnson bought the property in 2007.
The committee approved a 98-foot-tall 11,200-square-foot electronic board and 37,100-square-foot building planned for the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara Avenue. The huge sign is the second largest after an 11,500-square-foot video screen at Dallas Cowboys Stadium. The cowboy sign is the “largest in the world.” The casino will consume 9,000 square feet of the building. There will be no hotels. 카지노사이트
