VICI Properties Inc. Completes Acquisition Of Rocky Gap Casino Resorts
VICI Properties, Inc. VICI announced that it has completed an earlier announced transaction from Golden Entertainment to acquire a stake in land and buildings related to the Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, Maryland, for about $239.0 million in total cash. Upon closing of the deal, Rocky Gap was added to an existing Triple Net Master lease between VICI Properties and Century Casino, with annual rent increasing by $15.5 million.
In addition, the term of the Century Master Lease has been extended, giving the lease an initial default lease of 15 years and four 5-year tenant renewal options. Tenants’ obligations under the Century Master Lease continue to be guaranteed by Century Casino Inc.
