The company announced the purchase of two Missouri properties from Station Casino and the sale of Henderson, NV, to them.

The agreement conditions Amerista Casino to acquire Station Casino’s Kansas City and St Charles sites for a total cash purchase price of $475 million, while selling Reserve Casino in Henderson, NV for $70 million to Station Casino.

At the end of the initial phase of the project, the accommodation will occupy 70,000 square feet of gaming space with a total of 2,300 slot machines and 70 table games. Steak houses, buffets, specialty restaurants, delis/cafes and entertainment centers, arcades, and gift shops are also under consideration at Amerista.

Completion of such acquisitions requires regulatory and other approvals. The acquisition is expected to be completed as soon as Amerista’s license is completed by the Missouri Gaming Commission. While no warranty is provided, the company believes the license investigation could be completed before the end of 2000.
